Job Description

As a Regional Business Operations Manager, your role revolves around leading and managing the overall performance of the branch. Here are your key responsibilities: - Manage regional business operations and overall branch performance effectively. - Lead and support the sales team, including Branch Heads, to ensure smooth functioning. - Drive sales of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and B2B memberships to achieve targets. - Acquire new clients and enhance productivity across the team. - Create and implement sales strategies and marketing plans for maximum impact. - Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to expand the client base. - Ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets set for the team. - Deliver client presentations and recommend suitable digital solutions. - Explore new markets and seize business development opportunities. - Guide the team with updated product knowledge and provide essential sales training. - Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction. - Collect and manage client information to promote global business effectively.
