Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at Mintifi, you will be responsible for leading the branch in Eluru and Kakinada to achieve monthly and annual targets in Micro LAP loan disbursements, processing fees, income, and portfolio health. Your role will involve managing client engagements, origination, file login, connector and channel engagements, and driving cross-sell initiatives. Additionally, you will provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to ensure the highest level of conduct, integrity, and transparency in all dealings. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver month-on-month targets on Micro LAP loan disbursements, processing fees, income, and portfolio health. - Manage client engagements and origination in line with organization policies, working closely with the credit team. - Engage with CPA and Credit Manager to resolve any clarifications or additional inputs from clients for CAM presentation. - Drive client acceptance, loan documentation, onboarding, drawdowns, and recovery efforts as needed. - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Provide guidance, training, and support to Sales Managers and team members. - Drive any cross-sell initiatives introduced by the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in LAP business with a portfolio range of 30 lakhs to 1 crore and ticket size of 5 lakhs to 1 crore. - Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts, industry practices, and market trends. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.,
