Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Micro Finance team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience driving sales growth and managing teams, with a strong background in microfinance business and JLG model working. Roles and Responsibility
Drive microfinance business by identifying potential locations and achieving business deliverables.
Ensure achievement of disbursement targets with minimal delinquency and manage disbursement, repayment, and delinquency.
Identify joint liability groups and disbursed loans to suit target customers and geographies.
Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions and areas for geographical expansion.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally to enhance brand identification.
Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
Undertake regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applications.
Make close follow-up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to the centre.

Job
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in microfinance.
Possess a basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working.
Demonstrate critical attributes of customer service and relationship management skills.
Exhibit flair for sales and business sourcing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly collections targets.
