Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in mutual funds and sales management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and other financial institutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in mutual funds sales and branch management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and financial products. Experience in managing and developing a team of sales professionals.
