Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, delivery, etc.).
Drive business development and sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, operations staff, and support personnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports for regional or senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as dispatch, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely service delivery.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
