Job Description

As a Branch Manager in this role, you will be responsible for managing overall branch operations to ensure the smooth execution of logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, and delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving business development and sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets. - Leading and managing a team of sales executives, operations staff, and support personnel. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities. - Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency. - Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, and preparing reports for regional or senior management. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinating with internal teams (such as dispatch, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely service delivery. - Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction. - Conducting regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
