. Extensive experience in Channel Sales Management, including distributor onboarding, performance tracking, and territory expansion

• Proven ability to drive Key Account Visits, strengthen client relationships, and convert strategic opportunities into revenue

• Strong command of Operations Management, ensuring smooth coordination between supply chain, collections, and dealer support

• Skilled in Team Supervision, motivating sales staff through clear targets, regular feedback, and performance accountability

• Proficient in Market Research and Sales Data Analysis to identify growth areas and optimize regional strategies

• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills, with a track record of building trust across internal teams and external partners

• Comfortable navigating hybrid work environments, balancing field visits with digital coordination and reporting

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Prior experience in the power tools industry or industrial product sales is a strong advantage
