The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Insurance or Banking sector, with strong leadership and operational skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive sales to achieve and exceed assigned targets. Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to ensure high productivity and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business. Monitor branch financial performance and prepare operational reports. Ensure quality service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly. Liaise with senior management to implement business strategies at the branch level. Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance, Banking, or related financial services. Age Limit: 32 – 45 years. Language: Basic English communication. Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 (Fixed).
