Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive the branch’s growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Manage budgets, financials, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
