Branch Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting morning meetings daily and cascading management circulars & instructions. - Controlling Expenses within permitted levels. - Authenticating all Vouchers & Registers of branch, after verification. - Checking daily transactions and completing Day end. - Acting as the Custodian of 1st set of Keys and all documents. - Safeguarding Unused cheques and all other important documents. - Overseeing all branch business targets & Loan recovery tasks. - Monitoring and achieving business targets of the branch. - Checking system entries and providing final level authorisation. - Addressing Customer complaints and grievances. - Reporting daily Cash & Bank positions to ROMs. - Managing remittance of funds and receipt of funds from HO/branches. - Submitting BRS to HO in time with a copy marked to ROM. - Obtaining all statutory licenses in time and ensuring renewals. - Responding to Alert phone calls from intrusion Alarm hub and taking immediate actions as per guidelines. - Verifying and checking Pledged items and their purity. - Addressing audit queries and implementing necessary rectifications. - Maintaining customer database. - Handling branch administration and maintaining decorum. - Engaging in Business promotion activities & Customer Meetings on a regular basis. Additionally, the company offers a Full-time job with a salary range of 25000-35000 plus Incentives based on performance. Health insurance benefits are provided. The job requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC. Candidates with any UG/PG qualification can be considered for this role.,
