Branch Manager (Females Prefered)

As the Branch Manager, your role involves managing the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and seamless functioning of all activities. Your responsibilities include: - Managing staff, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assisting the Head Office in implementing business development strategies - Educating the Counselling and operations Team about latest updates, policies, and rules - Handling the team of counsellors and back office operations with result-oriented strategies - Providing quality services to customers and being the process owner for all clients of the branch - Achieving branch sales targets and projected profits - Selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff to enhance productivity - Learning and efficiently using the company's CRM portal for routine activities - Resolving routine CRM related issues and ensuring branch compliance with company policies - Maintaining operational standards and providing a clean, safe, and orderly working environment - Counselling clients about student visa processes and requirements of various countries - Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolving complaints promptly - Supporting sales promotion activities and enhancing operational controls for customer service optimization - Assisting in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities for employees - Routinely auditing client records to ensure processing is on track and proactively identifying and resolving client issues Desired Qualifications: - Postgraduate/ Graduate - Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity - Strong knowledge of Canada, and preferably Australia, New Zealand & Europe Visa Rules & Regulations - Good understanding of visa application processes and documentation requirements - Result-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), pleasing personality, and confident - Good keyboard skills, academically bright - Ability to effectively communicate with students and individuals of all age groups and social backgrounds - Flexibility over working hours - Encourages input and ideas from others Female candidates are preferred, but male candidates can also apply.
