Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in the Liabilities branch banking department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in small finance banks, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the branch office.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements
