Position: Branch Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager / Managing Director
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, ensuring business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing branch staff effectively. The role requires leadership, business acumen, and operational excellence to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Drive business growth through customer acquisition, client retention, and revenue enhancement.
Develop and implement local business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and submit regular updates to management.
Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance within the branch.
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Admin) for smooth functioning.
Represent the company in local market activities, networking, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in branch/operations management (Security service experience is preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting business targets.
Good knowledge of local market trends in Viruthunagar and surrounding areas.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and branch-level reporting tools.
