Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Kozhikode location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch, overseeing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving branch performance to meet targets. The role includes managing student consultations, developing local marketing strategies, fostering relationships with educational institutions, and overseeing administrative tasks. The Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
