Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our stock broking branch, focusing on business growth, client acquisition, and operational excellence. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers, driving revenue through personal and team efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, equity and derivatives trading, margin trade funding, and Loan Against Shares, along with experience in handling demat operations. A graduate or postgraduate in Finance or Commerce with NISM certifications, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and client servicing skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and deliver consistent business performance.
