As a Branch Manager for Retail Liabilities, you will be the core driver of the branch's success. This pivotal role involves maximising business expansion, maintaining peak operational standards, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented leader who possesses sharp sales instincts, deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and a proven ability to motivate and manage a top-tier team. Your focus will be on boosting the branch's profitability and compliance, deepening customer loyalty, and aggressively expanding the deposit base through both new acquisition and maximising existing relationships."

BRANCH MANAGER Branch Banking KRAs:

• Champion superior customer service

  across all delivery channels.

• Oversee branch administration

  and guarantee seamless daily operations.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance

  with internal and external guidelines.

• Achieve cross-selling targets

  for non-deposit financial products.

• Lead the sales initiatives

  for Mutual Funds and Insurance offerings.

• Generate fee-based income

  through strategic product promotions.

• Foster a motivated and high-performing

  branch team environment.

• Take ownership of the branch's Profit & Loss (P&L)

  and break-even performance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Branch Banking, either as a

  Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager

  , or an

  Individual having an excellent proven track record

  in the banking industry, with a consistent top rating in the last three years.

• Must have sales experience(liability products)
  
• Leadership and good communication skills.
• Currently, the candidate must be serving in the banking industry
