Drive Business Growth: Achieve growth in relationship value and revenues by generating business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products while ensuring long-term client loyalty. Client Acquisition and Portfolio Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new HNI clients and expand the existing customer base effectively. Enhance Client Experience: Address complex client needs and provide seamless service delivery, enhancing their overall banking experience. Portfolio Management: Leverage your investment expertise to conduct portfolio reviews, recommend suitable products, and align them with clients' financial objectives. Regular Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication through scheduled calls and meetings, ensuring clients are updated and their concerns are addressed promptly. Efficient Query Resolution: Resolve client queries and service requests within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and trust. Sales Initiatives and Events: Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and exclusive events for prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships. Compliance and Governance: Uphold all regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring full compliance with bank policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile: (Currently should be handling a portfolio size of approximately 500 CR +) Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrates a strong aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service by leveraging excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
