Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and
Ultra HNIs
, providing personalized
Wealth Management
solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to acquire new clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and product penetration.
Analyze client financial goals and objectives to develop tailored investment strategies utilizing various products, including mutual funds, Portfolio Management Service, and AIFs.
Formulate and implement the sales plan to acquire new HNI clients and increase the customer base.

Job Requirement:-

Aptitude to deliver high-quality customer service by using organizational and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 4 to 14 years of experience.
Decision-making skills with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in portfolio management, building and maintaining HNI customer relationships.

Qualifications / Qualities:

MBA / CA/ CAIIB
Should have sales orientation
Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
Thinker : Doer = 40:60
