Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning✅ Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver outstanding results✅ Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets✅ Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards✅ Enhance customer satisfaction by handling escalations and resolving issues✅ Coordinate with head office, production, and sales teams for efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role (retail/furniture preferred)✔ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills✔ Excellent communication and people management abilities✔ Business development mindset with a focus on achieving targets✔ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver under pressure
