Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the entire production process from start to finish
✅ Ensure products meet quality standards and delivery timelines✅ Manage, train, and mentor production staff to achieve operational efficiency✅ Monitor workflow, machinery, and material usage to optimize productivity✅ Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace standards✅ Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines✅ Prepare reports, production schedules, and performance evaluations

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing
✔ Strong understanding of production processes and quality control✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently✔ Good organizational and planning abilities✔ Commitment to safety, standards, and continuous improvement
