Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships✅ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for improved performance✅ Identify new business opportunities and markets✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to boost sales efforts✅ Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends✅ Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (preferably in retail/furniture industry)✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills✔ Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets✔ Good understanding of sales reports, forecasting, and CRM tools✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
