Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at Subhash Sarees & Industries Pvt. Ltd. The role demands strong expertise in production planning, quality management, cost control, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should ensure efficient utilization of resources, timely order fulfillment, and strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet order requirements.

Monitor end-to-end production activities to ensure timely delivery with minimal deviations.

Maintain quality control at each stage, reducing rework, wastage, and customer complaints.

Optimize manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization for cost-effective operations.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth workflow.

Drive process improvements, lean practices, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

Track production KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management.

Requirements

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Production Management / MBA (Operations) or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in production management (apparel/textile industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management.

Proficiency in ERP/production management software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.
