Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Muzaffarpur. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage and train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive branch performance towards set goals. They will be responsible for loan disbursements, collection of repayments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Branch Manager will conduct regular market research and develop strategies to expand the branch's outreach and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
