Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure efficient customer service. They will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management, operations, and staff supervision
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including business loans, SME loans, and equipment financing
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Sales, marketing, and business development skills
• Ability to analyze financial statements and reports
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
