Job Description

Role Purpose: Responsible for achieving the targeted revenues and ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained in the Branch Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for driving and implementing the sales, marketing and service strategy to ensure achievement of revenue targets at the Branches Align the efforts of different departments in the branch to ensure that the Organizational goals are achieved Responsible for ownership of their customers and their satisfaction/delight Responsible for implementing all the processes/initiatives taken by the Organisation Facilitate the process of identifying new customers in the region by providing periodic inputs to the Regional Head/Zonal Head Responsible for executing sales, service, administration, Accounts, Tech center, HR, ISO and all related activities for the Branch Enable deeper understanding of market and customer behavior by providing periodical market analysis report Interact with customers on a regular basis to build / maintain customer relationship, understand the customer requirements / feedback and to provide product service information Responsible for bringing back Lost Customers and develop business from New Projects” Responsible for getting information of the Competitor’s strategies in their area and suggest ways to counter it with the support/approval of the Corporate Office Promote new products and services and identify new opportunities for growth Identify areas of future expansion for MMT products and services Responsible for conversion of Competitor’s customers Ensure adherence to defined quality standards in all branch operations. Responsible for effectively managing post-sale activities including logistics (dispatch / delivery), customer feedback and after sales service Responsible for identification / monitoring of customer complaints to ensure timely resolution of the same and coordinate with internal stakeholders for corrective actions Liaise with HR to ensure adequate and trained manpower is available across all
