Description
Job Summary: A Software Engineer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software systems. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, solve technical problems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Role & responsibilities : Own the project-level requirements, ensuring they align with technical capabilities and business needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, providing complete and accurate solutions. Perform impact analysis for feature enhancements or modifications to existing modules, ensuring accuracy. Lead the design and architecture of web and mobile applications, as well as Web API services. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the technical solutions. Ensure the quality of deliverables by addressing bugs reported by QA and during production. Lead the development of solutions that meet or exceed quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for clean, maintainable code. Evaluate and select the most appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for web, mobile, and backend development. Focus on aligning technology decisions with business goals. Ensure the timely delivery of applications and features by adhering to project timelines and milestones. Break down projects into weekly tasks, assign them to developers, and track progress toward project completion. Develop technical POCs to validate new technologies or architectural approaches before full-scale implementation. Ensure all technical documentation is compliant with ISO standards and project requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams during requirement gathering, integration testing, and production support phases to ensure successful project execution. Preferred candidate profile A degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , Information Technology , or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Expertise in Technical Platforms like ASP.NET, Blazor, Web API. Mobile - Dart and Flutter framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that are both scalable and efficient. Ability to work well within a team, communicate effectively with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly changing project requirements. Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, staying organized and focused on high-priority tasks.
