Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and business growth. Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Manage budgets, financials, and operational costs to ensure profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff. Promote a positive and productive work environment.
