Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and grow new business opportunities across digital, print, and/or broadcast platforms.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, agencies, and brands.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–10 years of experience in media/advertisement sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Should have good understanding of CRM software
