Job Description: Branch Head - CFD (Commercial Finance Division & Vehicle financer)

Location: Udaipur (Local candidates or within 40 km preferred)

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Compliance Management:
• Ensure all branch operations are in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Monitor adherence to policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team to achieve business goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions to enhance team productivity.
• Sales and Operations:
• Oversee daily sales operations and track performance metrics.
• Monitor inventory and ensure smooth resource allocation.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve grievances promptly.
• Workflow and Resource Management:
• Ensure the seamless execution of dealership activities.
• Optimize branch workflows and manage resources efficiently.
• Revenue Growth:
• Develop strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Drive initiatives to grow the branch's revenues and market share.
• Goal Setting and Performance Management:
• Set attainable sales and operational goals for the branch.
• Regularly monitor and report on the branch's performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Location: Must be a local candidate or reside within 40 km of Bathinda.
• Experience: Proven track record in managing a branch or similar leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adept at handling branch operations and ensuring compliance.
