Job Description: Are you a dynamic and experienced professional looking to take on the role of Branch Head in Chennai within the Security Services & Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industry As the Branch Head, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing branch operations, overseeing a team, ensuring service excellence, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include leading, managing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring high-quality services in both security and IFM areas. You will be tasked with developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and achieving sales targets and service contracts. In addition to branch management and business development, you will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of security officers, facility managers, and administrative staff. Conducting performance reviews, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards will be key aspects of your role. Financial management, compliance, safety, reporting, and coordination will also be integral parts of your responsibilities. You will need to manage the branch budget, ensure cost-effective operations, maintain detailed reports on performance and financials, and provide regular updates to senior management. Moreover, you will collaborate with corporate teams to align branch activities with company goals and policies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
