Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead and manage our Trivandrum office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all divisions of the company, ensuring seamless operations across Ticketing, Holidays, Visa Services, and Study Abroad. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all divisions: Ticketing, Holidays, Visa, and Study Abroad.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the Head Office in London.
• Drive sales targets and overall business growth in the region.
• Maintain IATA standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, tourism boards, universities, and other key stakeholders.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and office administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or aviation sector.
• Strong background in Ticketing (IATA/GDS knowledge preferred).
• Experience in holiday packages, visa processing, and/or overseas education consulting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple departments efficiently.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
