Job Purpose The Branch head will be responsible for leading and managing all sales and operational functions of Refuge Events. This role involves strategic decision-making, financial approvals, cross-functional collaboration, and external representation to drive business growth, efficiency, and organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Oversight Approve and manage key budgets, business proposals, and contracts. Ensure financial discipline and monitor project profitability. Provide final authorization for major business decisions. Business Representation & Growth Represent Refuge at industry forums, expos, and high-level networking events. Promote the companys brand, services, and capabilities at premium meetings. Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Team Leadership & Reviews Conduct weekly review meetings with Sales, Operations, Hospitality, and Production teams. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide mentorship and leadership to enhance team efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Marketing and HR functional heads to align business strategies with branding, promotions, and talent management. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless delivery of projects. Talent & Vendor Management Take the final call on hiring decisions across key roles. Approve vendor empanelment and manage strategic partnerships. Build and maintain a strong vendor and partner ecosystem to support operational excellence.
