As the Sales Manager at Refuge Events, your primary responsibility will be report to the management, strategizing and executing sales initiatives. Leveraging your experience and connections in B2B business, your adept experience will motivate the team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing performance and fostering a culture of success, with a key focus on closing sales and driving strategies with your team to propel the company forward.

+Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Developing Sales Strategies

    : Creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue for the company
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development:

    Identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads and expanding the company's client base through proactive efforts.
  • Sales Process Optimization:

    Continuously improving sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, streamline Event & Wedding Sales, and maximize sales performance.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    Analysing sales data, forecasting future sales trends, and generating regular reports to evaluate performance and inform decision-making. Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, Event & Wedding Sales, and finance to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

    Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. Representing the Company: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads and associates for B2B business.
  • Presentation Skills:

    Selling an event is like selling a dream. It's about showing the client that their dream event is possible. To do this well, you need to be good at making presentations, understanding what the client wants, and promising to deliver even more than they expect. This is crucial during sales pitches because it helps convince clients that you're the right choice. Remember, committing to the right things and over-delivering is a key part of the strategy.
