Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage credit operations, including origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Monitor and report on credit performance metrics to senior management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in managing credit portfolios and developing credit strategies.
