Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage credit operations, including origination, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and report on credit performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of credit principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in credit software and systems, with strong technical skills.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
