Job Description

The role involves Credit Appraisal and underwriting/recommending proposals for both non-collateral/collateral backed education loans. You will be responsible for providing training to CPAs to ensure alignment with company policies. Delinquency management for the location and overseeing Vendor/Cost management to maintain timely TAT are key aspects of the role. You will also manage PDDs through proper MIS and ensure quality management in terms of Audit, Compliance, and Hind sighting. Specific Responsibilities include understanding and implementing processes and policies for smooth transactions, conducting personal discussions with clients independently, and analyzing cash flow. Technical competencies required include basic knowledge of loan underwriting, awareness of risks in Mortgage Lending Business, good communication and report writing skills, and proficiency in computer applications. The ideal candidate should have an MBA/CA qualification and possess the necessary skills to excel in Credit Appraisal, Delinquency Management, Vendor/Cost Management, PDD Management, and Quality Management aspects of the role.,
