Role Summary:
The Credit Manager is responsible for assessing and evaluating loan applications at the branch level,
ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with the sales
team, verifying customer credentials, and ensuring that loans are processed efficiently and
effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Application Evaluation:
Assess loan applications submitted by the sales team.
Verify customer documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct creditworthiness checks, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all applications comply with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify potential risks and escalate discrepancies to the Branch Credit Manager.
Maintain a high standard of due diligence in credit processing.
Coordination with Teams:
Liaise with the sales team to gather required documents and clarify customer queries.
Work with the operations team to ensure timely loan disbursements.
Customer Interaction:
Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding loan application status.
Address customer grievances related to credit processes, if any.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections.
Prepare periodic credit performance and risk reports for management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
