Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Collections Manager located in Jaipur. The Branch Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring that collection goals are met. This role requires monitoring and reporting on collection activities, developing strategies to improve collection rates, and liaising with clients to resolve issues. Additionally, the manager will be expected to train and motivate the collections team, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage collection operations, staff supervision, and goal achievement.
• Develop strategies for improving collection rates and client relations.
• Monitor, report, and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collection software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in collections, debt management, or a related field.
