Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Collections Manager located in Surat. The Branch Collections Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring timely collections and recovery of overdue payments. Responsibilities include managing a team of collection agents, setting up collection targets, negotiating with customers, and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies. The role also involves coordinating with legal and compliance departments and maintaining records of collections activities.

• Experience in managing collections and recovery processes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using collections and CRM software
• Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects related to collections
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
