Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive business growth for the branch through acquisition of new customers and cross-selling of financial products.
Meet or exceed sales targets across product portfolios (Vehicle Finance, Home Loans, SME Loans, etc.).
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor the sales and operations team.
Ensure high productivity and performance of each team member through regular reviews and training.

Branch Operations

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth processing, customer service, and documentation.
Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to all compliance guidelines and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries/issues.

Portfolio Management

Monitor and manage portfolio health including collections, overdue follow-ups, and credit quality.
Work closely with risk and credit teams to ensure healthy loan disbursals.

Eligibility Criteria

Education
: Graduation (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
:

4+ years in financial services / NBFC / banking sector.
Proven track record in sales, branch handling, and team management.

Key Skills Required

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of financial products and branch operations
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset
Knowledge of the local market (Jaipur and nearby areas)
