Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 14 years of experience to lead our Emerging Enterprise Banking team as a Branch Business Head in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of assets, emerging enterprise banking, and value finance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with branch managers or business heads is an added advantage.
