Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 5 years of experience to lead our branch business as a Branch Business Head in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including small finance banking. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies. Experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
