Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Branch Business Head to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in leading teams and driving business growth in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
