Job Description

Make or receive calls to/from customers to address inquiries, complaints, or follow-ups. Provide correct information and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain call records and update customer details in the system. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during interactions. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and quality standards. Candidate Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred Comfortable working in voice-based domestic BPO process. Basic computer knowledge.
