Position Overview: Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate

  Financial Statements

• Perform comprehensive Bookkeeping

  tasks for US and Canadian clients
• Operate and manage various

  Accounting Software platforms

• Enter and reconcile Journal Entries

• Handle general Finance

  and

  Accounting

  duties
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with overseas clients
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with client-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of

  Bookkeeping

  and

  Financial Statement preparation

• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software

  (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
• Proficiency in

  Journal Entries

  and

  Finance principles

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Bachelor's degree

  (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
