Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our team. This is a remote position ideal for someone with intermediate experience in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of core accounting principles. Role is part-time. Compensation: ₹300 to ₹600 / hourly Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Categorize transactions and ensure general ledger accuracy Assist with tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable Generate key financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Support financial preparations for tax filings and accountants Communicate regularly with our Canadian team Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficient in QuickBooks Online Solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation practices High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal English communication Availability for partial overlap with Canadian business hours Preferred Experience working with Canadian or U.S.-based companies Familiarity with Canadian GST/HST processes is a plus
