Role Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented BOM Executives to handle the drafting of BOMs and cutting lists for door paneling, furniture, and millwork. The role ensures accurate material planning, cost estimation, and smooth coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain detailed BOMs for furniture, door paneling, and millwork projects.

• Prepare accurate cutting lists for panels, boards, and other materials.

• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure specifications are correctly implemented.

• Track and update inventory requirements based on project needs.

• Assist in procurement planning by providing precise material estimates.

• Maintain records of material usage, wastage, and cost analysis.

• Ensure timely and error-free documentation to support production schedules.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience in furniture, door paneling, or millwork production.

• Proven experience in BOM preparation and cutting list drafting.

• Strong knowledge of wood, laminate, MDF, and other material specifications.

• Familiarity with production processes and cutting techniques.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.

• Good organizational and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of relevant software (Excel, AutoCAD, ERP for furniture production) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Reporting To: Production Manager / Design Manager
