Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer with 3 years of experience to design, implement, operate, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automation systems, HVAC integration, access control, fire alarm systems, and energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BMS, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and access control systems.
Monitor and maintain system performance, alarms, and reports.
Support energy efficiency initiatives by analyzing BMS data and suggesting optimizations.
Ensure integration of BMS with other building systems (HVAC, electrical, security).
Prepare documentation including system architecture, drawings, reports, and manuals.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility management teams during implementation.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of BMS hardware and software platforms (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.).
Experience in HVAC control systems, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and lighting systems.
Proficiency in BMS programming, configuration, and graphics engineering.
Familiarity with communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC).
Ability to read and interpret electrical & mechanical drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

OEM Certifications (Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, etc.)
Knowledge of Green Building Standards / Energy Management Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
