We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Floating Solar Project team. Candidates with hands-on experience in floating solar installations and site execution are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute site activities for floating solar projects
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance work
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and report to project management

Eligibility & Requirements

• Must have experience in Floating Solar Projects.

• Educational background in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Relevant experience for the applied role (Block Incharge / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager)

• Strong understanding of site execution and project coordination

• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Skills

• Site management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of floating solar structures, anchoring systems, or electrical/mechanical works
• Good communication and reporting skills
