About the Role

Bitrix24 Implementation Engineer

hands-on systems builder

You will work directly with the CEO and build the operational backbone that powers trainer acquisition, Practice Lab activation, enterprise lead conversion, and automation across the company.

What You Will Own

• Build and manage

  multiple CRM pipelines

  (Trainer, Enterprise, M&A, Partners)

• Set up

  automation rules

  , triggers, bots, task flows, and custom workflows

• Implement

  WhatsApp Business API

  integrations (WATI / Kommo / others)

• Set up

  Deal stages, SLAs, notifications, auto-routing, scoring

• Build and connect

  Bitrix Forms

  across all websites (Builder.io, Framer, Webflow, Wix)

• Connect Facebook/LinkedIn/Google

  Lead Ads

  directly into Bitrix

• Implement

  telephony

  , call routing, chat widgets, omni-channel inbox

• Configure

  tracking, UTM flows, lead source logic, dashboards

• Integrate

  Bitrix with external tools

  (n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, payment gateways)

• Design workflows for trainer onboarding, Practice Lab install tracking, enterprise readiness assessments

• Build

  end-to-end automations

  :

• Lead → WhatsApp auto-reply → task creation → routing → deal → follow-up sequence

• Improve processes weekly based on performance and analytics

Must-Have Skills

• 3–7 years experience implementing CRM systems (Bitrix24 mandatory)

• Strong experience with:

• Pipelines

• Deal automation

• Custom fields & statuses

• CRM triggers

• Workflows & bots

• Webhooks

• API integrations

• Hands-on experience with:

• WhatsApp API (WATI / Kommo / Gupshup)

• Facebook Lead Ads + LinkedIn Lead Gen

• Telephony setup + call routing

• CRM forms + embedded form management

• Ability to map complex business workflows into automated CRM flows

• Experience with n8n / Make / Zapier

• Familiarity with UTM tracking, lead source attribution, and CRM analytics

• Strong problem-solving mindset and zero fear of building from scratch

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with training/coaching industry workflows

• Knowledge of Builder.io, Framer, or Webflow for form embedding

• Previous work with high-volume lead funnels

• Experience with WhatsApp-based onboarding journeys

• Ability to design dashboards and analytics reports
